The closest major airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

Travel Time: Approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic and time of day.
Directions from SLC: After landing, you will need to rent a car or arrange ground transport. The drive generally follows I-80 East toward Cheyenne, taking Exit 146 (US-40 East) toward Heber City/Vernal. Follow US-40 to the turn-off for Kamas (Highway 248 or 32 South).
Car (From Salt Lake City, Utah Area)
The drive to Kamas is straightforward and scenic, taking you through Summit County.
Start: Take I-80 East out of Salt Lake City.
Continue: Drive approximately 30 miles toward Park City/Cheyenne.
Exit: Take Exit 146 onto US-40 East toward Heber City/Vernal.
Final Approach: Drive south on US-40. Kamas is located directly off US-40, accessible via Utah State Route 248 or Route 32. Follow signs for Kamas City Center once you arrive in town.
